This program meets ICF Portfolio Pathway (ACC) training requirements with 60 hours of training and 10 hours of mentored coaching, by a PCC or MCC certified coach.
To receive full certification, candidates must complete:
✔ 14-hour in-person workshop in Ft Worth
✔ 12 weekly live webinars (REQUIRED ATTENDANCE)
✔ 30 hours of asynchronous virtual sessions
✔ 4-hour required live session on March 7, 2026
✔ 10 mentor coaching sessions
✔ 10 mentor-observed coaching sessions with athletes
✔ All required assignments completed
✔ **Final written and practical examination**
✔ Completion of all requirement within 6 months
The investment for this complete training program is $5,000. Payments are available to those that qualify. Candidates who start with Module 1 and choose to opt into the Full Certification Pathway will have the initial $1,500 investment applied toward the full tuition.

Why should I want the credibility of ICF aligned training or certification?
In the coaching profession, the International Coach Federation (ICF) offers a structured path for professional development through three levels of coaching credentials: Associate Certified Coach (ACC), Professional Certified Coach (PCC), and Master Certified Coach (MCC). Each stage represents the more extensive level of coaching skillfulness, experience, and obligation to the job.
The Western Integrity Coaching Academy's, Full Coaching Pathway, provides the necessary training, mentor coaching hours and certification to satisfy the requirements for the ICF Phase 1 Pathway for ACC credentials.
The Associate Certified Coach (ACC) credential is the foundational certification for new coaches. To achieve this credential, candidates must:

Career Training
